    Reservation and Cancellation<\/h3>\n

    • All prices include VAT.<\/li>\n
    • To book online, the cardholder must be 18 years of age or older.<\/li>\n
    • The owner is responsible for the veracity of the data provided during the reservation.<\/li>\n
    • During the booking process, navigation data is collected (see Cookies Policy).<\/li>\n
    • Check-in hours:<\/strong> From 15:00h onwards. If you arrive earlier, you can wait in common areas or outside. <\/li>\n
    • Check-out time:<\/strong> Until 10:00h.<\/li>\n
    • Months of operation:<\/strong> April to October.<\/li>\n
    • We manage your data for booking, billing and legal obligations (see Privacy Policy).<\/li>\n
    • The beds reserved are in shared mixed rooms; Villa Vieira assigns the specific bed according to internal organization.<\/li>\n
    • The reservation will be effective after confirmation on screen and e-mail.<\/li>\n
    • Online check-in<\/strong> is available prior to arrival; an electronic access code will be sent to you.<\/li>\n
    • A valid ID must be presented during online check-in.<\/li>\n
    • If the client does not occupy the place before 18:00h without notice, the reservation will be cancelled and the amount paid will be forfeited.<\/li>\n
    • Cancellation policy:<\/strong>\n

      • Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: 100% refund.<\/li>\n
      • Cancellation with 7 days or less: loss of the amount paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Rules of Coexistence and Hostel Regulations<\/h3>\n

        • Rooms equipped with bed linen, towels and complimentary bottle of water.<\/li>\n
        • Shared bathrooms for individual use.<\/li>\n
        • Daily cleaning of facilities.<\/li>\n
        • Renewal of bed linen and towels after departure or every three nights.<\/li>\n
        • Damage, deterioration or theft must be compensated.<\/li>\n
        • Respectful behavior is mandatory.<\/li>\n
        • Quiet hours in rooms: from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Hours of total silence: from 23:00 to 8:00h. <\/li>\n
        • Smoking is prohibited indoors.<\/li>\n
        • Food may not be stored\/eaten in rooms.<\/li>\n
        • Breakfast buffet included in the rate.<\/li>\n
        • Responsible use of kitchen and laundry facilities; utensils must be clean after use.<\/li>\n
        • The kitchen service is exclusively for guests.<\/li>\n
        • Free Wifi throughout the property.<\/li>\n
        • It is forbidden to alter the furniture or take objects outside.<\/li>\n
        • Damage or theft of textiles will be penalized (6\u20ac\/unit).<\/li>\n
        • We have a first aid kit.<\/li>\n
        • Visitors are not allowed unless expressly authorized.<\/li>\n
        • Pets are not allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
