At Villa Vieira we want all our guests to enjoy a comfortable, safe and respectful stay. For this, we ask you to follow the following rules of coexistence: <\/span><\/h1>\n

About the rooms<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • All rooms are equipped with quality linens, towels and a complimentary bottle of water.<\/li>\n
  • The bathrooms are shared, but their use is individual, to guarantee your privacy.<\/li>\n
  • The facilities are cleaned daily to provide a pleasant environment for everyone.<\/li>\n
  • Sheets and towels are changed after each guest’s departure or every three nights for extended stays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Standards of Conduct<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Respect for other pilgrims and for the staff is fundamental. We are all part of the good atmosphere of Villa Vieira. <\/li>\n
    • Quiet hours must be observed in rooms from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, and throughout the hostel from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.<\/li>\n
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any indoor space.<\/li>\n
    • It is not permitted to store, cook or consume food or beverages inside the rooms.<\/li>\n
    • Breakfast buffet is included in your rate. You can enjoy it at your own pace every morning. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Use of Facilities<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • The kitchen and laundry facilities are available to all guests. Please use utensils responsibly and leave everything clean after use. <\/li>\n
      • The kitchen service is for the exclusive use of guests, and meals must be taken in the designated areas (kitchen or dining room).<\/li>\n
      • We have free wifi in all common areas and rooms.<\/li>\n
      • For reasons of order and security, it is not allowed to alter the furniture or take objects out of the hostel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Guest Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Any damage or theft will be compensated by the responsible party according to the valuation made by the management.<\/li>\n
        • The deterioration or theft of textiles such as sheets or towels will be penalized with 6\u20ac per unit.<\/li>\n
        • If you observe any incident, please notify the hostel staff as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Other Considerations<\/h2>\n

          • We have a first aid kit for small emergencies, although we do not have medical personnel.<\/li>\n
          • For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in our facilities.<\/li>\n
          • Visits by non-guests must be authorized in advance by the lodge management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
