Do you have doubts about how to make a reservation, what you need to bring or what are our services? Here we answer the most common questions from our guests.

Go to the reservation page

Click on the "Book" button in the menu or anywhere on the site.

Select the date of your stay

Choose the day of arrival and, if known, the day of departure. Our system will show the availability updated at the moment.

Choose your bed or room

We will show you the available options: bunk beds, shared or private rooms (if any).

Fill in your details and confirm your reservation

Complete the form with your personal information and make the secure payment. You will receive an instant confirmation email.

Frequently asked questions

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 15:00 h and check-out must be done before 09:00 h.

You can cancel your reservation with 100% refund up to 7 days before your arrival date. After this period, cancellation will not be possible. Please contact us at info@villavieira.es to arrange any changes.

If you book through our website or Booking, payment is made at the time of booking (100% prepayment). If you contact us directly (by phone or mail), we ask for 50% of the amount in advance to confirm the reservation.
For the time being, you will be able to leave your bike outside the hostel. We do not yet have specific or secure parking for bicycles.

The price of your stay at Villa Vieira includes:

  • Fabric sheets

  • Towels

  • Buffet breakfast

  • Access to all outdoor facilities, such as the swimming pool and terrace.

Yes, we are located just a few meters from the route of the Camino. You won’t have to take a detour or waste time getting back on the route.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept animals inside out of respect for all our guests. But ask us if you come with a dog and we will see how to help you.

We do not have our own restaurant service, but there are several restaurants nearby. We also have a vending fridge with food in individual tappers and drinks so you can have lunch or dinner in our facilities if you prefer.
