The formulation and confirmation of the reservation implies the acceptance of the present conditions and rules of the Hostel.

Reservation and Cancellation

  • All prices include VAT.
  • To book online, the cardholder must be 18 years of age or older.
  • The owner is responsible for the veracity of the data provided during the reservation.
  • During the booking process, navigation data is collected (see Cookies Policy).
  • Check-in hours: From 15:00h onwards. If you arrive earlier, you can wait in common areas or outside.
  • Check-out time: Until 10:00h.
  • Months of operation: April to October.
  • We manage your data for booking, billing and legal obligations (see Privacy Policy).
  • The beds reserved are in shared mixed rooms; Villa Vieira assigns the specific bed according to internal organization.
  • The reservation will be effective after confirmation on screen and e-mail.
  • Online check-in is available prior to arrival; an electronic access code will be sent to you.
  • A valid ID must be presented during online check-in.
  • If the client does not occupy the place before 18:00h without notice, the reservation will be cancelled and the amount paid will be forfeited.
  • Cancellation policy:
    • Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: 100% refund.
    • Cancellation with 7 days or less: loss of the amount paid.

Rules of Coexistence and Hostel Regulations

  • Rooms equipped with bed linen, towels and complimentary bottle of water.
  • Shared bathrooms for individual use.
  • Daily cleaning of facilities.
  • Renewal of bed linen and towels after departure or every three nights.
  • Damage, deterioration or theft must be compensated.
  • Respectful behavior is mandatory.
  • Quiet hours in rooms: from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Hours of total silence: from 23:00 to 8:00h.
  • Smoking is prohibited indoors.
  • It is prohibited to store/eat food in rooms.
  • Breakfast buffet included in the rate.
  • Responsible use of kitchen and laundry facilities; utensils must be clean after use.
  • The kitchen service is exclusively for guests.
  • Free Wifi throughout the property.
  • It is forbidden to alter the furniture or take objects outside.
  • Damage or theft of textiles will be penalized (6€/unit).
  • We have a first aid kit.
  • Visitors are not allowed unless expressly authorized.
  • Pets are not allowed.

User Rights

  • Use of facilities according to contracted conditions.
  • Receive clear information and supporting documents.
  • Formulate complaints or claims (complaint form available).

User Obligations

  • Respect the internal regulations.
  • Make good use of facilities and report incidents.
  • Respect other guests and hostel staff.
  • Pay for the contracted services.
  • Respect established schedules.

Claims

There is a Complaint Book available. The user must identify himself/herself with his/her ID card or passport to formalize the claim.

Pets are not allowed in our facilities.
