Villa Vieira

A new shoot with deep roots

designed to make you feel good, get some real rest and go on your way with energy and a smile on your face.

The spirit of the Camino in every detail

Villa Vieira was born as the second project of the Vieira family, after the experience and the warm welcome of our first hostel, Camiño da Vieira. It is, in a way, our “offspring”: a new house for the pilgrim, with its own soul, but with the same vocation to offer rest, hospitality and closeness.

Located in A Escravitude (Padrón), right next to the historic Sanctuary of Nosa Señora da Escravitude, Villa Vieira is built on what was Villa Pura, a family house built in the 30’s. A house with history that today is reborn as a hostel, giving continuity to a legacy and a way of understanding hospitality.

This location is no coincidence. We are in a strategic point of the Portuguese Way to Santiago, a place of passage for thousands of pilgrims looking for something more than just accommodation. Here, every bell, every path and every sunset remind us that we are in an enclave full of spirituality, beauty and tradition.
